Returns & Exchanges

At Buy 7, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Buy 7 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pick-up point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
